WTC 2025-27: Key Fixtures to Watch Out For

Here's what's on the horizon in the World Test Championship cycle!

The World Test Championship is heating up, and the remaining fixtures promise some serious cricket action. Kicking off in May 2026, Bangladesh hosts Pakistan for a two-Test series, with the first match starting on May 8 in Mirpur. Following that, New Zealand heads to England for a three-Test series beginning June 4 at Lord’s. Expect some riveting clashes as these teams battle it out for crucial points.

In August, Bangladesh travels Down Under for their first Test series against Australia since 2017. The action starts on August 13 in Darwin, with the series wrapping up on August 22 in Mackay. Meanwhile, Pakistan will be in England for three Tests starting August 19 at Leeds, marking the end of England’s home fixtures in this cycle.

As we move into October, South Africa will take on Australia in a three-Test series, with the first match set for October 9 in Durban.
